Barry & Gladys Stacey

Today Gladys put the finishing touches on our Christmas tree - I think! She thinks there may still be a few bare spots! :-) As well there is a photo with ornaments with Cheryl's photo on it and to her left is her Uncle Terry Brennan who passed away in July. Below is a photo ornament of Gladys's godson Stephen Brenton who tragically passed away on December 20 of 2003.

Christmas Project 2020

 December 2, 2020

As you can see I haven't published anything here since January of 2016. I suppose we were going through a difficult time and once I got away from it, it has been hard to get back into it. I have thought about it many times over the past few years and so I have made the jump. I managed to find my login information and I'm off and running. Perhaps being confined to home as a result of the pandemic this will provide something for me to do rather than reading or doing a crossword or a sudoku.

We have been hearing of so many of you having already put up your Christmas decorations so for my first project I will send out an email later today to members of the Brennan and Stacey clans as well as friends of Cheryl to ask them to send me a few photos of their Christmas trees or decorations as well as photos of their families or friends. As I get them I will post them here on the blog for you all to see. I know Cheryl would love that as she did when I did something similar to this in the past. So I will be looking forward to hearing from all of you out there.  P. S. Photos of animals including dogs are welcome too.

As well I will post a list of places that I hear from across this great country as well as from other parts of the world. I look forward to hearing from everyone.

All the best for a safe and happy holiday season as well as a healthy and prosperous New year in 2021.

Stay safe!

Cheers
Barry
