Day 10 September 18 - Sea Day

As Day 8 of our cruise opens we are at sea for the day. We have nothing planned but will go with the flow. It has been a great run so far for us especially with having to stress from back home to worry about. One thing we'd like to have would be some company from family or friends. To see 8 and 10 people next to us most evenings talking and laughing throughout supper made us miss our family back home. From seeing the health conditions of a lot of our fellow cruisers, all of you would be able to take part in such an event - it may not be in the Mediterranean but somewhere else the cruise liners go.

Perhaps someone should look at organizing a family cruise. I'm sure you all would have a great time.

Think about it and we'll talk later.

Cheers and good night.

After breakfast I did a little putting on the putting green and we walked around the top deck. Today I am wearing my Dildo Brewery tee shirt and it's getting some comments as well as stares! lol Gladys is staying a bit behind me. :-). Wouldn't you know it but we dropped down to the theatre and we saw another guy come in with the same colour Dildo tee shirt on. Apparently there were a group of 6 or 8 from Newfoundland there. We weren't near them.

You know it's been a long day when you have to use food photos. lol We did have a lovely dinner of broiled lobster tails - we had a second one followed by baked Alaskan for dessert. For starters I had a Creamy Smoked Tomato Bisque while Gladys had a Creamy Salmon Rillette.

Sunup to a Mediterranean sailor!

After breakfast I did a little putting. Greens are a little bit slower than Grande Meadows. But fun!

Me putting for a 2. I was getting some encouragement from the gallery.

We found a nice leisurely & relaxing spot to read & chat.

I was wondering about the green area from one of your earlier pictures. Nice little idea to pass a bit of time. It seems as though you can't go anywhere and you'll find another Newfoundlander! Enjoy your relaxing day at sea!
