Unidentified Stacey Family Member

Hey everyone:
Who is this family member on a bicycle under such conditions? I guess that person doesn't want to be identified so that why the disguise!! Sorry there isn't a prize for guessing the right answer. I will print the answer in a couple of days.
Cheers,
Barry

New year's Eve Photos

Hi there:
These photos were taken during the day, evening and just after midnight on New Year's Eve. I only have a few from out on the deck where it was a beautiful night with plenty of fireworks for all to see. I am trying to locate a few more from some of our guests. I will post them if they exist.
Hope you all had an enjoyable New Year's Eve.
Cheers.

Gladys and Barry's 40th Wedding Anniversary

Hey there:
On Dec. 28 Gladys and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary. I know that you are thinking that she deserves a medal for putting up with me for that long. And you are right! As to what advice I could give you on lasting that long I look no further than Leo who said, "Find a woman who will put up with you and then keep her!"
We were at home on the 28th and some of our families came to visit so I am posting some photos of the evening. From the photos you can see some of my family as well as several of Gladys's family too. The next day, Dec. 29th we went to St. John's as Greg was going back to Toronto on Dec. 30. So he and Cheryl took us out to dinner at a little restaurant called Raymond's in St. John's. Well, lo and behold, Cheryl's good friend Nicole and her mom, Karen flew in from Toronto and surprised us at dinner. At least me as I think the rest were in on it. It was a fun evening and there are some photos taken during the evening there. We finished off the night by going to a bar called O"Rielly's on George Street. It was a fun night and even the mummers showed up at O'Rielly's.
Enjoy the photos.
Cheers.

Karen's Screechin Dec. 31

Hi there:
Well, what would New Year's be at the Stacey's without a Screechin! And 2011 was no exception as this year Cheryl's good friend Nicole and her mother, Karen came to visit us as well as to ring in the New Year in Marystown. As part of the celebration for a first time visitor to our fair province we perform a little ceremony called a Screechin whereby one gets to partake in some of our favourite foods and pastimes. By the time the ceremony was over Karen could talk and sing like a Newfie as well as partaking of some Newfie steak, bologna and downing a shot of Newfie Screech.
Below are a few photos of the ceremony and gift presentation at the end.

Enjoy.
